This position involves caring for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPN/LVN, or Director of Memory Care. We are looking for a Full-Time Night STNA.

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report them to a supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and other daily activities.
• Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set by the supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support.
• Promote and protect resident rights, assist with informed decisions, and treat residents with dignity and respect. Protect personal belongings, report abuse or neglect, and support independence and decision-making in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Inform supervisors of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents' independence and dignity.

Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; additional clinical/nursing education preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant clinical/nursing experience; priority given to those with memory care experience.

Licensure: Valid STNA license per state requirements is mandatory.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English required for effective communication and emergency response.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills required.

Critical Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks with care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
