Job description

Join Suring Health and Rehab team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through our MaxPay Program and earn up to $27.50 per hour! Plus, an additional shift differential for PM and NOC shifts and a sign-on bonus up to $7,500, paid according to our bonus structure!

Suring Health and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assist with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and ensure their comfort and well-being.

This is a full-time or part-time position with rotating weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
• Excellent customer service skills
• Passion for working with the aging population
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work rotating weekends
