Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe changes in resident condition and report to licensed nurse.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic record.
• Obtain and report vital signs and weights as assigned.

Job description

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) travel contract opportunities with our Long Term Care facility in Viroqua, WI.

Pay Rate:

• $25.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)

Available Work Schedules:

• 5:45am - 2:15pm (Days)
• 1:45pm - 10:15pm (Evenings)
• Guaranteed 40 hour schedule each week
• Every other weekend

Contract Term: 10-13 weeks to start (extension likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
• 1+ year of CNA experience working in a LTC/SNF required (must have 1 year experience worked in last 3 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
