Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Per Diem Position

**Competitive Pay of $25 per hour**

WEEKLY PAY

REQUIREMENTS OF THECERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA)POSITION:

• Completion of a state-approved certified nursing program and/or successful passing of a competency evaluation program which meets state regulations.
• Meets state specific certification requirements and possesses unrestricted certification as aCERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA).
• At least 1 year of work experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
• Reliable transportation & smartphone

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA):

• Complies with ATC policies/procedures.
• Complies with client facility nursing policies/procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality relative to patient care and facility practices in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
• Documents patient care as assigned in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Follows the patient's plan of care as assigned.
• Delivers personal care services to patients as assigned.
• Takes vital signs and documents according to facility protocols.
• Records patient input and output as assigned.
• Maintains competency by participating in continuing education programs and meets state specific requirements.
