About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll provide essential personal care, comfort, and support to patients under the direction of licensed staff. You'll assist with daily activities, maintain a safe environment, and document patient data, all while ensuring the highest level of patient care.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist licensed staff with hygiene, physical care, and comfort measures for patients.

  • Collect, transport, and handle specimens and equipment according to departmental guidelines.

  • Observe and record patient data, promptly reporting any changes to licensed staff.

  • Deliver care that respects patient rights and choices in a diverse, multi-cultural setting.

  • Promote patient safety, quality improvement, and cultural diversity through your work.

  • Ensure that care is age-appropriate, addressing the physical, psychosocial, and safety needs of each patient.

  • Maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor with patients, visitors, and coworkers.

  • Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards, participating in ongoing training as needed.

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program and competency testing.

  • Currently listed in good standing on the State of Missouri CNA registry.

  • Ability to read and complete documentation legibly in accordance with regulations.

Bonus Points:

  • Previous CNA experience is a plus!

  • Current CPR certification.
