Job description

Lake Ridge Care Center, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled team. We offer generous benefits and up to a $4,000 Bonus.

Available positions include Full-Time and Part-Time roles with varied schedules, offering 12, 8, or 4-hour shifts.

Hours and Compensation

• Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm; 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; or 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
• Pay Range: $19.83 - $23.34/hour, depending on experience
• Full-Time employees are eligible for a $4,000 bonus; Part-Time for a $2,000 bonus

Requirements for CNAs

• Must be able to obtain CNA certification
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents and staff
• Ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
