Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients in Wilmington, DE. We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $17.85/hr and a range of benefits such as paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and scholarship opportunities.

Qualifications

• HHA Certification required.
• CNA License needed.
• Must include 75+ hours of approved training.
• Proof of HHA training and CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform range of motion exercises.
• Support transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Check vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Complete home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, bed making, light housekeeping.
• Assist with ambulation.
