Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful connections while assisting residents with daily routines like bathing, dressing, and meals.

  • Assist seniors with the self-administration of medications and help them move safely throughout the community.

  • Foster positive relationships by communicating kindly and professionally with residents, their families, and outside agencies.
  • Provide support with bedtime and morning routines to ensure comfort and dignity.

  • Assist residents to and from meals and help with mealtime tasks as needed.

  • Help with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

  • Stay attentive to safety, reporting any concerns and responding promptly in emergencies.

  • Make a difference each night by helping residents enjoy a restful, secure, and dignified life.

Qualifications
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Arkansas.

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet.

  • Must possess willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
