Position Description

As a CNA-HST at MVH-Preston, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care, assist with daily activities, ensure safety, and promote residents' highest functional capabilities in a respectful environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently registered as a Nursing Assistant with the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) OR be registered by the time of hire.
• Effective communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and take clear notes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current MDH Nursing Assistant registration.
• Experience as a CNA and in providing ADLs.
• Experience in long-term care.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Additional Requirements

• Background check and TB screening.
• Employment reference checks.
