Recover-Care in Gardner, KS, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support therapy and appointments while upholding our policies and standards.

Formación

To qualify for the position, you will need:

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• 1.Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents
• 2.Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support
• 3.Promptly responding to resident call lights
• 4.Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
• 5.Following infection control procedures
• 6.Documenting and charting your care for each resident
• 7.Protecting residents’ rights
• 8.Adhering to our policies and standards

As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care. Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
