Shifts: Nights
Monday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, or
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Current Oregon CNA license; LPN may also apply.
Three (3) years of full-time experience providing direct care to adults with physical disabilities requiring full assistance in activities of daily living.
Completion of Adult Foster Home Caregiver training and test preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Must have a current Oregon driver's license, dependable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
