Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator, Director, or Patient Care Manager and work under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Support treatments as ordered and promote mental alertness.
• Provide emotional support, document visits accurately, and participate in quality improvement activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible with crisis support skills.
• Valid CNA license, with 6 months of hospice or related care experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.
