Job Description:

Provides general medical care and treatment to patients in private homes under the direction of an RN.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed CNA in the State of Texas - required
2. 1+ years' experience as a CNA - preferred
3. Experience with Hospice or Home Health - preferred
4. Effective written and verbal communication
5. Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
6. Clean background check, drug screen, and driving record
