Prime Home Health and Companion Care in Amherst, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs to support elderly, disabled, and chronically ill clients in their homes. You’ll provide personal care, emotional support, and help create a safe, clean living environment.

Flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement are offered. Valid CNA or HHA certification and a valid driver’s license are required; experience with Hoyer lifts is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Current HHA certification or CNA license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Hoyer lifts/Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Assist with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices.
• Follow care plans in collaboration with nurses, therapists, and doctors.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment and document changes in condition.
