BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality home health visits across Alamance, Rockingham, and Guilford counties. This full-time role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered care within the home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of home health or related care experience.

• Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Light housekeeping and meal prep.
• Range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Medication assistance and vital signs checks.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-time opportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Alamance, Rockingham, and Guilford counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides / CNA - Certified Nurse Aide :

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping

• Nail care

• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
