Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced CNA to provide home health visits across Alamance, Rockingham, and Guilford counties. This full-time role offers 1:1 patient care, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reliable transportation is required to serve clients in the region. As a Home Health Aide, you will join a multidisciplinary team delivering home health aide, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.

Qualifications

• At least one year of work experience.
• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Criminal background check completed.
• Meet all state requirements.
• Enjoy being part of a caring team and BAYADA values.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Help with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and nail care.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers.
• Assist with ambulation and use of lifting devices as needed.
• Provide oral feeding assistance.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Handle home management tasks: laundry, meal prep, etc.
• Assist with medications as directed.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Nurses Aide, CNA for a full-time opportunity to complete home health visits to clients located throughout Alamance, Rockingham, and Guilford counties. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
