Professional Case Management is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in Augusta, GA. You will work in clients' homes, delivering essential personal care under RN/Case Manager direction, with the ability to choose part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice (GA)
• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Current CPR certification and TB test

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Patient hygiene incl. bathing, shampoo, skin/nail care, oral hygiene, shaving, dressing, toileting
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment – meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping
• Follow written assignment and instructions
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation
