Elara Caring is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for home health, based in Ann Arbor, MI. You will provide hands-on personal care under RN supervision, assist with daily activities, take vital signs, and support safe mobility for patients in their homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal care under RN supervision
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, BP)
• Assist patients with walking, transfers, and mobility equipment
• Follow each patient’s care plan and report changes to the care team
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and protect patient privacy
