Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the needs of the customers are met. The CNA performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential for caring for the personal needs and comfort of customers.

Requirements: The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
