Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring that the needs of the residents are met. The Certified Nurse Aide performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for residents' personal needs and comfort.

Requirements: The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
