We are seeking an enthusiastic CNA / HCA to join our Resident Services Department at Cascade Inn!

Full-time opportunity!

Earn between $21 and $23/hour, Dependent on experience!

Multiple Shifts! DAY, NOC, & SWING, 2PM - 10PM

Who you are:

You pride yourself in providing exceptional hospitality and personal aide. This role delivers in a safe and efficient manner the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents.

What you'll do:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance.
  • Responds to all resident needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary.
  • Keep the environment safe and clean for residents.
  • Observe and uphold resident rights at all times.
  • Observe residents for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and report promptly to a licensed nurse.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) or Current Health Care Aide (HCA) in Washington State.
  • NARs, EAs, RAs will need additional training and testing prior to working and earning the same rate as a CNA.
  • Must possess a current CPR/First Aid certificate and update as needed.
  • Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations.
