Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, this role involves resident/patient care activities, providing for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients, and fostering a positive environment while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to positively and effectively relate with residents/patients, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Compliance with all health requirements mandated by law
