Up to $26.25 based on experience with shift differential and incentives.

Incentive pay each pay period additional $3/hr

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, this role performs resident/patient care activities and related services to support the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients. The role also involves fostering a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in and positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Meet all health requirements as mandated by law
