Position Summary

Under supervision, perform resident/patient care activities, assist with personal needs, safety, and comfort, and help create a positive environment while following policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Positive, effective communication with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Meet all health requirements as mandated by law
