Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, performs resident/patient care activities and related services to ensure residents'/patients' safety, comfort, and personal needs are met, while fostering a positive environment and adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in and a positive attitude towards working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Meeting all health requirements as mandated by law
