Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $3,500

Community Care is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to teamwork and providing great care, and we welcome you to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNAJob Responsibilities:

Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs

•Support the health of Community Care program members

•Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts

•Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community CareCertified Nursing Assistant / CNAJob Requirements:

•Education:High School diploma or GED preferred

•Experience:Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:

•Every other weekend

•Every other holiday
