Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care at the Palmetto Patriots State Veterans Home in South Carolina. You will work closely with nurses and the care team to support daily living activities and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates hold an active CNA license in the state and demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in the state.
• Experience caring for elderly or veterans preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans and assessments.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, supervisors, and care teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily nursing care and services to assigned residents


• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


• Follow individualized care plans and resident assessments

• Staffing ratios: 1:13 or 2:13, supporting quality resident care
