Salary: Starting at $25/hour with shift differentials

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility
  • Engage residents through conversation and activities
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to meet care needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts Nurse’s Aide Registration
  • Experience and passion for working with seniors
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (pushing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
  • Positive attitude and ability to build good relationships with residents, families, and staff
  • Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases
