Primary Job Function

Provide daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort to residents under supervision of a Staff Nurse.

Responsibilities
  1. Follow written/verbal care plans; assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, transferring, and providing emotional support.
  2. Monitor vital signs, document care, and report changes.
  3. Maintain safety and infection control standards.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • State-certified CNA in good standing
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Understanding of safe nursing practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, discretion, and professionalism
