Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, perform resident/patient care activities to meet personal needs, safety, and comfort. Support a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation program
• Ability to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Meet all health requirements as mandated by law
