Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time 2nd Shift

Join us at North Shore Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the full-time 2nd shift. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional resident care.

About the Role

Wages up to $24 per hour based on experience. As part of North Shore Healthcare, a leading provider in skilled nursing and rehabilitation across Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and North Dakota, you will work in a supportive environment that values growth and leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal needs, safety, and comfort as directed by nursing staff
  • Contribute to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment
  • Follow all policies and procedures of the center
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation
  • Ability to positively relate with residents, families, and staff
  • Interest in working with elderly and long-term care residents
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Meet all health requirements mandated by law
