Job summary

Friendship Village Chesterfield is hiring full-time CNAs for our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community whose focus is exceptional care and a positive team environment.

Shifts include Days (6:30am–7:00pm) and Evenings (2:30pm–11:00pm) with competitive pay and shift differentials. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals and hydration.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare team members to provide quality care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.

Available Shifts

• Days Shift: 6:30am to 7:00pm
• Evening Shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Shift Differentials

• Day Shift: $1 on the Weekends
• Evening Shift: $3 -$4
