Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avamere. We are hiring for a Full-time position at Richmond Beach Rehab, located at 19235 15th Ave NW, Shoreline, WA 98177. The role involves providing hands-on care and support to residents in a skilled nursing setting, assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and promoting a positive environment.

Details:

• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Rotating 4 days on, 2 days off
• Shift: Day, Evening, and NOC (8-hour shifts)
• Wage: $22.50 - $27.50/hour DOE

Responsibilities include:

• Checking residents routinely to meet their personal care needs
• Reviewing and updating care plans daily
• Informing supervisors of any changes in residents' conditions
• Assisting residents with daily needs and transportation
• Preparing residents' rooms and ensuring their comfort
• Participating in facility surveys and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA
• Communicating effectively with the care team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed CNA in Washington State
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Active CPR/BLS certification
