Job summary

Grace Care in Enid, OK seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for one-on-one private duty home care. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent with daily activities and personal care.

Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call/fill-in duties; 40 hours guaranteed weekly. Mileage reimbursement and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Oklahoma CNA certification (Required).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Clean background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• 21 years or older (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition changes and report to Care Coordinator.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.

About the role

Schedule & details

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Call/Fill-In Schedule) 40 hours guaranteed weekly!
