Job summary

Salinas Valley Post Acute is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time shifts at our Salinas Valley Post Acute facility. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help with meals and hydration as part of a compassionate clinical team.

The role requires an active California CNA license, a positive, resident-centered attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with peer support from the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA certification is required.
• Pass background check and health screening.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience and resident-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data.
• Assist with meal service, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00-$25 per hour (Based on experience).
• Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days On / 2 Days Off (Consistent and predictable!).
• Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available.
• Location: Salinas Valley Post Acute

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
