Job summary

Interim HealthCare, a leading home care provider, is hiring a Home Health CNA for a PRN schedule in Midway Park, NC (Camp Lejeune). The role covers mornings and evenings with 1:1 patient care and opportunities for online CEUs.

You will support patients with daily activities at home and work with a flexible schedule. The position requires a NC CNA certification, high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active NC CNA certification.
• Reliable transportation and base entry documents required.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, feeding.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care or equipment.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

A few must-haves for Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in NC
• Reliable Transportation, REAL IDENTIFICATION, DL, or certified documents required for entry onto base.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
