Job summary

Interim HealthCare – Byrd Organization is hiring Home Health CNAs to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes in Dunn, NC. You will support seniors and individuals with illness or chronic conditions, helping with daily activities and monitoring well-being.

Join a team that values patient bonds and work-life balance. A valid NC CNA certification, CPR, and reliable transport are required; Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Competitive hourly pay of $16–$18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in NC.
• CPR certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassionate nature and good communicator; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in patients' homes.
• Help with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document changes.
• Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.

As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes
