What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality personal care and companionship to seniors, primarily those with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia
Support activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Encourage meaningful engagement and memory-boosting activities
Document care and communicate changes in client status
Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for clients and their families
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Maryland CNA license
At least 6 months of experience caring for individuals with dementia (required)
Excellent communication skills and a genuinely caring attitude
Dependability, reliability, and professionalism
Access to reliable transportation
