Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures of Patients per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.
