Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Comply with safe lifting and transfer techniques per established policies & procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.
