Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Full Time – Days 7:00am - 7:30pm

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.97

Responsibilities

Position Summary

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, assists patients in the rehabilitation process through appropriate nursing care and carryover of rehabilitation techniques.

Duties

• Answers call lights promptly and reports problems to a primary nurse/designee
• Assists with monitoring diets and nutritional supplements, providing cues for feeding or swallowing as directed by speech or occupational therapists
• Assists nurse with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous hospital experience preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
