We are hiring two full-time CNAs (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) with 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting. Availability for every other weekend and holidays is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, demonstrating competence in basic nursing skills.
• Manage emergency situations effectively.
• Work cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
• Follow current state and federal regulations.
• Support residents in maintaining independence physically, emotionally, and socially.
• Participate in care planning and activities.
• Create a warm, positive, home-like environment.
• Follow dietary and care plans, infection control, and safety standards.
• Assist with recreational activities and transportation.
• Report changes in resident status promptly.
• Respect residents’ rights and preferences.
• Complete necessary documentation at shift end.
• Attend mandated training and educational sessions.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to make independent decisions when needed.
• Must deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a cheerful disposition.
• Must be a certified CNA in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Must be able to move intermittently and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to assist in evacuations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
