Our 50-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital operates jointly with Lifepoint Health and University Hospitals, serving the Beachwood community with a focus on superior patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform patient care considering age-specific needs
2. Provide morning and evening care, including hygiene, linen changes, and general assistance
3. Assist with meals and feeding as necessary
4. Respond to patient call lights and monitor patient needs
5. Handle personal property of patients
6. Report and document changes in patient condition or behavior
7. Assist licensed staff with treatment procedures
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Completion of nursing assistant training course
• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
• CPR/BCLS Certification
• Preferred minimum six months experience in acute or long-term care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
