Job summary

Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Mauston, WI is hiring a Long-term Care Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. Shifts include part-time opportunities with PM, NOC, and Day slots, plus every-other-weekend rotations and shift differentials.

You will perform hygiene, meals assistance, vital signs, and assist with mobility, while adhering to facility standards and CNA state requirements including completion of a CNA course and

• Successful completion of nursing assistant course.
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification to practice in the state.
• Night Shift - current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides for resident's personal hygiene: gives bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assists with showers.
• Provides for activities of daily living: assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals.
• Performs I&O; checks vital signs and weight; assists with specimen collection; and post-mortem care.
• Provides for comfort needs of residents
• Promptly answers resident's call lights and requests.
• Other duties are requested within scope of practice

General Information:

Job title: Long-term Care Certified Nursing Assistant

Location: Fair View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - Mauston, WI

Shifts Available:

• Part-time 1, 72 hours per pay period; PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• Part-time 1, 48 hours per pay period; NOC Shift - 10:00pm - 6:30am
• Part-time 2, 16 hours per pay period; Day Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm

Weekend rotation: Shifts include every other weekend, weekend and night shift differentials available

Holiday rotation: Holiday rotation

Position Summary:

Performs resident functions in accordance to nursing home standards of practice.

Position Responsibilities:
