Way To Stay Homecare provides compassionate and personalized in-home care services to individuals in need. We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering high-quality care that allows them to remain comfortable in their own homes.

Position Summary :

We are seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our in-home care team. As a CNA in our organization, you will provide essential care and companionship to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.

Assist with mobility, including helping clients move around their home and accompanying them on errands or appointments.

Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.

Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in the client’s home.

Medication reminders as directed by the healthcare team.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team about any changes in client condition or concerns.

Document care provided and any notable changes in the client’s health or behavior.

Qualifications :

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State] or previous experience as a Caregiver

Previous experience in in-home care is preferred but not required.

CPR / BLS certification preferred.

Reliable transportation with insurance and a valid driver’s license.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of clients.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks.
