• Sign-on Bonus: $4,000 for full-time employees hired before the end of April 2025, paid bi-weekly starting with the first paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, dental hygiene, and maintaining room tidiness.
• Collect routine specimens, take vital signs, and perform restorative care activities.
• Assist visitors, answer telephone calls, and support residents during admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Respond to call bells, complete rounds, and record intake and output.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition, safety issues, and hazards.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
