Responsibilities:

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients, ensuring safety and compliance with Policies & Procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Follow safe lifting and transfer procedures for patients as per established policies.
• Identify, document, and report changes in resident conditions to the supervisor.
