Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
• Support residents' independence while ensuring safety policies, procedures, and regulations are followed.
• Assist with safe lifting and transfer of patients per policies and procedures.
• Identify, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
