Come join our team at Deer Creek Nursing and Rehab! We are currently looking for talented and motivated CNA's to be apart of our great environment and workspace.

The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.

  • Assume the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out the assigned duties.
  • Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living. This includes bathing, hair care, nail care, oral care, shaving, dressing, eating, pericare, assisting to and from bed, toileting, turning, transferring, lifting, changing when needed, etc.
  • Bathe each resident according to schedule. Change bed linens completely on bath days, more often as needed. Clean showers and tub rooms thoroughly before and after each use.
  • Make rounds regularly on each shift and assist each resident as needed, making sure they are safe, clean, and comfortable.
  • Always respect resident privacy and confidentiality including all details of resident care. Refer all questions regarding patient's status to the Charge Nurse and all questions regarding operation of care center to the Administrator.
  • Safeguard and use appropriately all resident belongings and appliances: hearing aids, eye glasses, dentures, clothing, personal property, etc.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in state employed
  • Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
  • Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
  • Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
