LOCATIONS: Washington, DC

  • Sibley Memorial Hospital (DC CNA)
  • Grand Oaks (facility) (DC CNA/HHA)
  • Patient's Home (DC HHA)

SCHEDULE:Casual/On-Call – Days, Evening, Nights, Weekends available

HOURS:36 hours per month – minimum requirement

JOB SUMMARY:

The Certified Nursing assistant is a member of the home support team who is primarily responsible for providing personal care services as well as various basic non-nursing/non-medical care activities for the patient. These activities are performed in accordance with a written assignment and under the supervision of a registered nurse.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Successful completion of a nursing aide training program
  • Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the DC Board of Health
  • Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • 6 months experience as a CNA preferred

Salary Range: Minimum20.00per hour - Maximum20.00per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
